Recruitment starts at the beginning of each semester (Fall and Spring).

Application are closed! The next Recruiting will start in September 2024.

Screening process:

1. We carefully review your CV and Cover Letter.
2. Candidates passing the screening stage will be invited to a first round online or in-person interview to test their fit with WiF.
3. Candidates passing the first round interview will be invited to a second round online or in-person interview to test their technical knowledge.
4. Following the interview, we will reach out with feedback regardless of the outcome!

Feedback is a very important aspect of improving your confidence and professionalism, so we encourage you to always ask for feedback in all your future interviews!

Do you accept applications from freshmen?

YES. We highly encourage first-year students to apply, as you can add value to the association by bringing to the table enthusiasm and growth potential.

Can I apply even if I am not a finance major?

YES. Applicants from all backgrounds are welcome, but be mindful that we require a firm and demonstrated interest in finance.

I already applied in the Past but was not accepted. Should I reapply?

YES. We suggest re-applying as we consider persistence and a continued interest in our association as a plus. We look forward to assessing your growth and improvement.
